The 2021 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced primarily from the prestigious Pepper Bridge and Seven Hills vineyards, stored in 60% new French oak. It opens with notes of black cherry reduction, Arctic brambleberry, winter mint, black birch bark, and crushed cacao nibs. The palate is taut and structured, with deep black and blue fruits, rubbed thyme, cola, dark chocolate, and alluvial minerals — with a finish that features classic Walla Walla Cabernet structure.
